Things to know before requesting delivery:
Your package is fully insured and requires your signature
You will be asked to show Government-issued ID
Once the package is en-route, the shipping address can not be changed. If you need to ship to an alternate address, add that address to your account profile BEFORE submitting the delivery request
After 3 failed delivery attempts, the carrier will return your package to the sender. A returned shipment will incur extra shipping costs that will be passed on to you
Contact us right away if you need us to request a hold for pick-up at the nearest approved hold facility. Due to the insurance on your package, you can not arrange the hold yourself. This must be requested before a 3rd missed delivery attempt
A hold for pick-up must be picked up within 4 business days or the package will be returned to the sender
Please do not request delivery if you are leaving town. We can not schedule delivery dates to work around your schedule
