Things to know before requesting delivery:


  • Your package is fully insured and requires your signature


  • You will be asked to show Government-issued ID


  • Once the package is en-route, the shipping address can not be changed. If you need to ship to an alternate address, add that address to your account profile BEFORE submitting the delivery request


  • After 3 failed delivery attempts, the carrier will return your package to the sender.  A returned shipment will incur extra shipping costs that will be passed on to you


  • Contact us right away if you need us to request a hold for pick-up at the nearest approved hold facility. Due to the insurance on your package, you can not arrange the hold yourself. This must be requested before a 3rd missed delivery attempt


  • A hold for pick-up must be picked up within 4 business days or the package will be returned to the sender


  • Please do not request delivery if you are leaving town. We can not schedule delivery dates to work around your schedule
