Your employer withholds pay from all participating employees (some with different pay schedules) and sends the funds to us in aggregate. For some employers this occurs monthly, others will have different schedules. There will be a delay between the date of your withholding and the date we receive the funds. Purchases will be processed after receipt of funds.
