When requesting delivery, you may notice that your available balance is not the same as your full balance.
Every deposit made into your OWNx account requires 3 business days to fully process before those funds, or the metal purchased with those funds, are able to leave your account (made available).
If you hover over the date of a purchase, a yellow box will appear displaying the available date for that transaction.
