What forms of payment do you accept?

To buy metals on the OWNx platform, you’ll need to link your bank account. We provide a fast and easy way for you to link your bank account by using Plaid, a service which allows for instant linking. Using this method, you will be set up and ready to go in a matter of minutes.

If your bank doesn’t support Plaid, there’s another option called micro-deposits. Micro-deposits are a more manual process, in which OWNx will send two small deposits to your bank account. You’ll then need to log in to your bank’s online account and find those two deposits. Once you’ve located them, you’ll provide that information to OWNx to confirm the connection. Using this method can take up to 3 business days to link your bank account.

After successfully linking your bank account, you have two ways to fund your transactions on OWNx. 

1. Deposit cash into your OWNx cash account and then use those funds at any time of day to make an instant purchase according to live pricing. 
2. Schedule purchases that will be automatically funded from your linked bank account on the date you have selected, according to that day's Daily Base Price.

Important note for Canadian users: If you have a Canadian bank account, it needs to be denominated in US Dollars (USD) rather than Canadian Dollars (CAD).
