Why didn't I receive my rewards last month?

Most likely, it is because you didn't make a purchase during the month, which is required to qualify for rewards. Simply start saving again you will be eligible once more. 

 

Another possibility is that the referred did not purchase. For security reasons, we do not give out information pertaining to this. 

 

As long as you have purchased within the past month from the referred's purchase, rewards will automatically be applied to your account.
