Change Linked Bank Account

For your account security, Identity is verified before allowing a change of linked bank account. Please follow the steps below:

1. Contact OWNx Support to notify us that a change of linked bank account is needed

2. Visit the  link to verify your I.D.  https://secure.ownx.com/user/verify/ and follow the instructions below:

The following steps are most easily performed on a mobile device:

• If you are not logged in to your account, you will be prompted to do so

• You will be immediately directed to approve the use of the camera, if permissions are not already enabled

• Once the camera is turned on,  you will be directed to scan the front and back of your photo ID

• Follow the prompts on the screen to verify a live photo of yourself that is used to match your photo ID
