You will find your security code on the authenticator app that you downloaded to your phone. At the time of enabling 2fa, you received 10 backup codes in your OWNx account. If you no longer have access to your authenticator app or backup codes, please download the instructions, which include notarized proof of identity.
Please note that a copy of your valid government-issued photo ID is required, along with supporting documentation.
Due to the enhanced security measures that are provided when you enabled 2FA on your account, the documents must be mailed.
